Hattiesburg Pubic Schools Project: Cover design

This 43-page report was prepared for the Hattiesburg (Miss.) Public School District by P3 Strategies, LLC, a Jackson, Miss. consulting firm. The report contained 14 recommendations to help the school district accelerate achievement for the students and for the community.The cover concept took the report theme - Strategies for Difference and Innovation - into a funnel and combined with key recommendations to exit the funnel as a "Strategic Planning Initiative" for the school district and Board of Education. The concept was rendered entirely in Adobe InDesign CC 2015.

Hattiesburg Public Schools Project: Secondary Art

The use of a secondary photo in packages can certainly add more visual appeal to a page. In this case, there is main photo of the teacher and students, and a secondary photo of a pencil cup to break up the columns of text. Also note the use of the schools "colors" (blue and gold) in the banners and top and bottom borders of the photos. This page was designed using Adobe InDesign CC 2015.
